She knows what it takes to keep clients supported, teams steady, and operations from falling apart at 7:30 p.m. on a Tuesday.

Today, she leads a member-managed leadership team built on lived, hands-on experience—so agencies don’t have to choose between exceptional service and a team that can breathe. Angela also brings deep frontline understanding as a care professional since 1993 and DSP‑2 since 2010, along with years of training caregivers and students.
